- BeFit Mom: exercise website for pregnancy and postpartum and lots of good info about diastasis recti
- Beachbody on Demand - exercise subscription
- Every Mother - formerly called the Dia Method, a proven pre- and post-natal workout to help prevent and resolve diastasis recti and strengthen the core
Useful Apps:
- BabyCenter - really the best (and free) one out there.
- OviaPregnancy - lots of ads, but good content
- Daddy Up - really funny "male" spin on things that focuses on wilderness referrals
