Beachbody on Demand Workouts
- Love Beachbody on Demand? Me too! I've never been a coach or into the Shakeology shakes, but I do like the workouts.
Here are some of my favorite recommendations...tried and true by yours truly. I haven't added anything I don't have personal experience with through my own pregnancy. I will add more as I explore more.
I typically mix and match and don't do a full program at once. I try to do 3 days of strength (or strength/cardio mix), 2 days of cardio and 1 day of prenatal yoga. Beachbody on Demand only has a few prenatal yoga programs (1 per trimester under their Pre and Post Natal Fitness), so I often find them on YouTube to mix it up a bit.
